Pixer Editor is an online free photo editor that is called a simple and budget-friendly alternative to Photoshop. The program is full of handy photo editing tools, the most popular among which are spot healing, a patch tool and a clone stamp healing brush.

Over has a little bit of everything – like blurring, tints, opacity – but the option to add text is where it truly shines.

You can use the app to add multiple text overlays, which you can style individually, to your images. It has a great catalog of fonts, as well as a simple interface for quick image editing.

Editing lets you adjust tint, size, and text alignment of the image. Plus, you can pinch to resize the text.

PicMonkey is the perfect pick for photo editing for iPhone or Android. You can edit your photos, crop and add touch-ups to mention only a couple of its features. It is the ideal software solution for everyone. By the way, you can also use this instead of Pixer.
